Fund Raising Ideas
Lay out the contents of a box and post a sign about how much it cost to send the box. Have a donation bucket there also!
Talk to different clubs such as the Rotary and Moose and Masons.
Have a rally at a local grocery store or park
Ask the local police and fire departments for help, many of them are in the Guard and Reserve.
Set up a booth at fairs, and local celebrations. You have to ASK for the money! Tell people what you are doing and why!
Talk to your local newspaper!
Get Friends and Family Involved
Ask local sports teams for used or autographed equipment
Make friends with a local talk show host and talk about what you are doing on the radio station
Ask local dentists for brushes, floss and toothpaste
